Christian Jimenez Bund (July 2, 1988 in Sarria, Barcelona, ​​Spain), better known by his stage name "Porta" is a Spanish MC who plays rap music in Castilian. Some people  use food to cope whit stress, emotionalconflicts and daily problems. the food can block out feelings and emotions. these people usually feel out of control and are aware their eating patterns are abnormal. Like bulimics, compulsive overeaters do recognize they have a problem.

Anorexia. It is characterized by a significant weight loss resulting from exessive dieting. Most women and an oncreasing number of men are motivated  by the strong desire to be thin and a fear of becoming obese.

Bulimia. It is characterized by a cycle of binge eating followed by purging to try and rid the body of unwanted calories. A binge is different for all individuals. For one person a binge may range from 1000 to 10000 calories, for another, one cookie may bo considered a binge.

My Opinion on Social Networks

In my opinion Social Networks is a very dangerous, because it exposes a lot of personal information, photos, comments, and many things. This does not mean you can not use social networks, we just have to expose the minimum personal information. Apart from this are fun, and is one of the easiest ways of communication currently.

In my opinion, Marc is a person very interesting, famous, beloved, admired, and is very charitable, gave concerts to raise funds for needy people, and for Haiti. Itself is a very special person.
